SPA POLICIES

Upon Arrival… Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled service to fill out appropriate paper work.

No Pet Policy… Service dogs only.

Quiet Please… Due to limited space and a healing environment, it is requested that children not accompany you to your treatment, and that all cell phones be turned off. We are a whisper only facility.

Gift Certificates…Dolce Skin Care Gift Certificates are as beautiful to give, as they are to receive. Gift Certificates are available for any treatment(s) or in any dollar amount.

Payments… We accept credit cards, checks and cash upon completion of your procedures.

Cancellations and Late Arrivals… Please extend us the courtesy of a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service price. This amount must be paid prior to rescheduling your next appointment. If you arrive late, the length of your treatment will be reduced to end as scheduled, allowing our therapist to take their next scheduled appointment on time.

All Permanent Makeup procedures require a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
